With our team of highly experienced engineers, technical leads and architecture professionals, JL2 has worked with key Defence projects delivering systems and aeronautical engineering outcomes. Defence and aeronautical projects in particular have a requirement for critical analysis and precise engineering acumen in delivering an effective outcome.

JL2 has delivered its EA Framework in support of the F-35A aeronautical airworthiness process, documenting the aspects required under the existing TAREG and aligning it with the new DASA framework. This was a critical exercise in the acquisition and introduction into services of the new F-35A aircraft.

JL2 personnel lead the definition and implementation of the target system architecture for the off board information systems delivered with the F-35A, again aligning these new systems with the existing support systems and their integration into the existing Defence single information environment. This system engineering activity saw the alignment of existing operational process and systems with the an ITIL implementation and was model using the JL2 EA Framework and supporting meta-model.
